Deep Bore Tunnel “a go” according to a Seattle Times Article this morning. This is a great step in the right direction for Seattle. Since that first article about a borred tunnel replacement idea published in February 2007 in Puget Sound Magazine, many Seattle commuters wanted to find a way to have it all. - A better waterfront and a new route constructed without disrupting current traffic flow.
